How to Send SMS/Email to Preadmission Exam?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Admissions on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Admissions page.

Step 3: Select “Preadmission Exam ” on the top bar and choose “SMS/Email to Preadmission Exam”.

Step 4: Select the Academic year, class, Status, Select Type(SMS/Email) & Date then click on get. You will get the Students data & Click on PROCEED.

Step 5: If you select SMS type, then enter the message & click on send. Your SMS will send automatically.

Step 6: If you select Email type, then fill the details & click on send. Your Email will send successfully.

How to View Pre-admission Exam Report?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Admissions on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Admissions page.

Step 3: Select “Preadmission Exam ” on the top bar and choose “Preadmission Exam Report”.

Step 4: Select the Academic year, Branch, class, Status & Date then click on get. You will get the Preadmission Exam Report data.

How to Conduct Student Exam Result?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Admissions on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Admissions page.

Step 3: Select “Preadmission Exam ” on the top bar and choose “Student Exam Result”.

Step 4: Select the Academic year, Class & Date of exam & click on Get. Then click on add subjects then add the subjects & then Save the subjects

Step 5: Click on Not Attended, If he attends the exam then click on checkbox & then click on Update.

Step 6: Click on Attended, here attended students data will be reflected.

Step 7: Now click on Entry Marks, Enter the Subject Marks & remarks.If students are qualified then click as qualified. If not click on Not qualified & then click on update.

Step 8: Click on Qualified/Not Qualified, here students qualified & not qualified exam result data will be reflected.

How to Map Students to Exam dates?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Admissions on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Admissions page.

Step 3: Select “Preadmission Exam ” on the top bar and choose “Map Students to Exam dates”.

Step 4: Select the Academic year, Class & Application Date & click on Get.

Step 5: Click on Exam Dates & enter the Date of exam & Time & then click on save.

Step 6: Select the exam date & then click on save

Step 7: Pre Admission Examination date is updated successfully.
