Step 1: Login to MCB with Login Credentials.
Step 2: Select Communication on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Communication page.
Step 3: Click on “Voice SMS” on the top bar and select “Subscribe/Recharge Voice SMS”.
Step 4: Choose the Recharge Plan & click on Pay online.
Step 5: you will be redirected to Online payment gateway page for the payment, Choose the payment mode, enter the required details and proceed to complete the payment by clicking on Paynow
Step 1: Login to MCB with login credentials.
Step 2: Select Communication on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Communication page.
Step 3: Click on “Voice SMS” on the top bar and select “Schedule Voice SMS”.
Step 4: Click on +ScheduleVoiceSMS
Step 5: choose your required options and click on continue.
Step 6: Schedule the Date & Time & select the Voice Clip then click on Schedule Voice SMS.
Step 7: Voice SMS Scheduled Successfully

Step 2: Select Communication on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Communication page.
Step 3: Click on “Voice SMS” on the top bar and select “Fee Due Voice SMS”.
Step 4: Click on “Send SMS to Due Amount Students” and choose the required options and then click on continue.
Step 5: Select the All / Individual students, enter the message and click on “Preview & Send Voice SMS”.
Step 6: Voice SMS is sent to Due Amount Students successfully.
Step 1: Login to MCB with login credentials.
Step 2: Select Communication on the dashboard and you will be directed to the Communication page.
Step 3: Click on “Voice SMS” on the top bar and select “Fee Due Voice SMS”.
Step 4: Click on “send Customize fee due SMS” and choose the Required options then click on continue.
You can also add the template by clicking on +Template, Enter the Name of the template & add the content in the text box then save
Step 5: Select the All / Individual students and click on “Preview & Send Voice SMS”.
Step 6: Customised Fee due Voice SMS is sent successfully.

Step 4: Click on “send fee due to SMS” and choose the Branch, Class, Due month & fee types then click on continue.
Step 5: Select the All / Individual students,Choose the Template and click on “Preview & Send Voice SMS”.
Step 6: Fee Due Voice SMS is sent successfully.

Step 3: Click on “Voice SMS” on the top bar and select “Fee Due Voice SMS”.
Step 4: Click on “Send Installment wise Fee SMS” and choose all the required options Select the Message format,Fee term & fee type then click on continue.
Step 5: Select the All / Individual students, enter the message and click on “Send Voice SMS”.
Step 6: Installment wise Fee Voice SMS is sent successfully.
