Create the source of enquiries in Source of Enquiry tab.

Capturing mode of enquiries will help you understand the number of enquiries coming in through different modes such as PROS, Internal Staff, Existing Parents.

3. Enquiry follow-up stages
Define the stages and use MCB follow up feature to marks the stage of the enquiry. This will help track the enquiries progress and analyze and understand the scope of admissions conversions.
