Yes, your school can collect Fee from a parent while admission. Upon filling the admission form, the required fee can be collected. This can be done by setting YES against Allow payment while admission column in settings.

We would like to link our school’s social network pages to the parent portal web and mobile app. Is it possible?
Yes, MCB has a provision to add branch wise social network URLs such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Website.
When these URLs are updates, Parent login Web and Mobile App versions will direct the users to the respective pages automatically.

Can we upload branch specific logo? If Yes, Where can we reflect?
Yes, School can upload logo of the branch against the branch name in settings. The branch logo can be seen on the school login, reports, report cards, Receipts, Payslip, Student Certificates, etc.

Can we upload separate headers to show on the report card and fee receipt?
Yes, you can upload the specific header for the report card and another one for fee receipt. Upload the header in the form of an image against the respective column in settings.
