Click on the settings and type ‘Manage app’s battery usage’ on the search bar. Then click on the ‘choose apps’ option. You will see a list of apps on the screen, click on MCB App and choose the ‘no restrictions’ option. Then click the back button till you reach the home screen again.
Click on the settings again and type, ‘Permissions’ on the search bar. On the screen, you will be presented with a host of the option, click on ‘Auto-start’. You will then see a host of apps on the screen with a toggle button. Switch MCB App on. Then again click the back button till you reach the home screen again.
Click on the settings again and type ‘app notification’. Then choose MCB App, and using the toggle button switch on the ‘show notification’ and ‘priority’ option.
Open the MCB App and immediately exit the app using the back button. You then click on the ‘Recent apps’ button, a button generally found on the bottom left the most side of the phone with 3 horizontal lines. From there place your finger on the MCB App and pull in downward. You will be presented with two options, lock and info. Select lock them and then press the back button.
Following these steps should enable the notifications on your phone, but in case you still do not get the notification, you could follow this advanced option.
For the last step, open the setting app again and select the “about phone” option, that is generally found towards the end. Then click on the “MIUI version” 8 times and go back to settings and select the “additional settings”. On clicking that you will find ‘Developer options’, click on that and select ‘memory optimization’ and turn it off. After that, you will be asked to reboot the device and after that, all your notification from MCB will be delivered.
