Step 1: In sysadmin level click on ‘Others’.
Step 2: After selecting others, Click on Create service request.
Step 3: After selecting Create service request,Click on ‘add service’.Click on add service
Step 4: After adding the Service request assign that service to the branch/branches.
Step 5: After assigning the service to the branch we can also View Service Request.
Step 6: After viewing the Service request one can Approve/Reject the request.
Step 7: All the Approved/Rejected Service Request can be viewed in the Dashboard.
