Staff Search – User Manual

Step 1: Login to MCB.

Step 2: Click on the “Search” button on the top bar of the dashboard to search for the Staff

Step 3: Enter the required criteria here and click on “Search”.

Step 4: The Search Result page is displayed with several options on the left pane.

Step 5: To view Timetable details, click on “Timetable”.

Step 6: To view Attendance details, click on “Attendance”.

Step 7: To view the Contact /Address details, Click on “Contact /Address details”.

Step 8: To view the Roles/Responsibilities details, Click on “Roles/Responsibilities”.

Step 9: To view the Subject details, Click on “Subjects”.

Step 10: To view the Staff Kids details, Click on “Staff kids”.

To add the Details, Click on [+]ADD. Search the student name, Click on the checkbox, then save.

Step 11: To view the Staff Salary Bank Account details, Click on “Salary Bank Account”.

Step 12: To view the Staff Leave details, Click on “Leave”.

To add the Details, Click on [+]ADD. Enter all the details then click on Submit

Step 13: To Upload Documents, click on “ Documents”.and click on “Upload New Document”.

Select the Title, Description & Click on Upload, Upload file documents and click on add.

Step 14: To view the Forms, Click on “Forms”.

Step 15: To view the Staff Library log details, Click on “Staff Library log”.

Step 16: To view the Staff log details, Click on “ Library log”.

User Manual on Search for Student – Action Button

Step 17: In the search result page, On the right Side click on “Action” button.

Preview as Staff.

Step 18: To get a staff’s preview, click on “Preview as Staff”.

A pop-up button shows out on the screen. Select “Yes Proceed” option.

You are in the student’s access page.

Raise Service Request

Step 19: To raise service request ,Click on Raise Service Request

Select the Category & Service Request type, Message. If any files to upload, Click on choose file then click on Submit.

Edit Full Details

Step 20: To edit Full Details, Click on edit full Details

Edit the Staff details which you want & then click on update.

Message to Staff

Step 21: To send the message to Staff, Click on Message to Staff.

Click on Compose, Enter the message, click on “Send”.

Search for Student – User Manual

Student Search

Step 1: Login to MCB.

Step 2: Click on the “Search” button on the top bar of the dashboard to search for the student.

Step 3: Enter the required criteria here and click on “Search”.

Step 4: The Search Result page is displayed with several options on the left pane.

Step 5: To view parent details, select “Parent Details” on the left pane.

Step 6: To view teacher details, click on “Teacher Details”.

Step 7: To view Anecdotes details, click on “Anecdotes ”.To add the Details, Click on ADD.

Enter all the details and click on “Save”.

Step 8: To view health and medical information of the student, click on “Health & Medical Information”.
To add Daily Health & Medical Information details, In other Medical History, click on “+” symbol.

Select options, add details and click on “Save”.

To add the Monthly Health & Medical Information details. In other Medical History, click on “+” symbol.

Select options, add details and click on “Save”.

Step 9: To view disciple details, click on “Discipline Details”. To Add the details, click on “+” symbol.

Select the code of Conduct, add details and click on “Save”.

Step 10: To view attendance, click on “Attendance”.

Step 11: GRADE BOOK

To view Grade Book, click on “Grade Book”. Click on Report Card, Select the term and click on “Get Report Card”.

You can print the same by choosing the “Print Report Card” option.

To view Evaluation Report Card, click on “Evaluation Report Card”. Select Term, evaluation and click on “Get Report Card”.

You can print the same by choosing the “Print Report Card” option.

To view Test wise Report Card, click on “Test wise Report Card”. Select Term, evaluation, Subject Skills and click on “Get Report Card”.

Step 12: Finance

Click on Finance, To view Fee Details, click on “Fee Details”.You may export the same to excel by clicking on the “Export Excel” option.

To view Transactions, click on “View Transactions”.Select the Academic Year & Report type then click on Get.

To view Cancelled Transactions, click on “Cancelled Transactions”.Select the Academic Year & Report type then click on Get. You may export the same to excel by clicking on the “Export Excel” option.

To view concession Details, click on “Concession Details”.

To view Invoice Details, click on “Invoice Details”.Select the Academic Year Terms & Fee type then click on Get Invoice.

Step 13: To view Library Details, click on “Library Details”.

Step 14: To Upload Documents, click on “ Documents”.and click on “Upload New Document”.

Select the Document type & then click on ADD.

Click on Upload, Upload file documents and click on Upload.

Step 15: To view Transport Details, click on “Transport Details”

Step 16: To add an appointment, select “Add Appointment” and click on “+” symbol.

Enter the required details and click on “Save”.

Step 17: To view Sibling Details, click on “Sibling Details”.

Step 18: To view Hobbies & talent, click on “Hobbies & talent ”.

To Add Hobbies & Talent, Click on Add Hobbies & Add Talent then save.

Step 19: To view Forms, click on “Forms ”.

Step 20: To view Enquiry / Application details, click on “Enquiry / Application ”.

Step 21: To view the Log details, Click on System Log. You may export the same to excel by clicking on the “Export Excel” option.

To view the Activity Log details, Click on Activity Log. You may export the same to excel by clicking on the “Export Excel” option.

View SMS Log details, Click on SMS Log. You may export the same to excel by clicking on the “Export Excel” option.

View Email Log details, Click on Email Log. You may export the same to excel by clicking on the “Export Excel” option.

User Manual on Search for Student – Action Button

Step 1: In the search result page, On the right Side click on “Action” button.

Preview as Student.

Step 2: To get a student’s preview, click on “Preview as Student”.

A pop-up button shows out on the screen. Select “Yes Proceed” option.

You are in the student’s access page.

Preview as Parent

Step 3: To get a parent’s preview, click on “Preview as Parent”.

A pop-up button shows out on the screen. Select “Yes Proceed” option.

You are at the parent’s access page.

Class Shuffling

Step 4: For Shuffling the student, Click on “Class Shuffling”

Select the Class & Section and select the fee plan then click on Shuffle student & fee plan. Student shuffled successfully

Feedback Form

Step 5: To view the Feedback Form, Click on Feedback Form.

The feedback form is displayed.

Student Bank Details

Step 6: To get the student bank details, Click on Student Bank Details.

Enter the Parent bank details & Click on Save (Right symbol).

Objective Exam Report

Step 7: To get the Objective Exam Report, Click on Objective Exam Report

Select the exam type & click on Get Report.

Student Academic Report

Step 8: To get the Student Academic Report, Click on Student Academic Report

To view the Consolidated Report/Scholastic Reports/Co-Scholastic Reports/Objective exams/Others, Click on the report.

Student Remarks/Anecdotes

Step 9: To get the Student Remarks/Anecdotes, Click on Student Remarks/Anecdotes

Select the branch, Select Anecdotes then click on Get, You will get the Student Remarks/Anecdotes details.

Student Deposit Transactions

Step 10: To get the Student Deposit Transactions, Click on Student Deposit Transactions

Here we can see the Balance, Transactions entry, Deposits Entry, Deposits Details, Transaction Details.

Apply for Fee Refund

Step 11: To Apply for Fee Refund, Click on Apply Fee Refund

Select the fee type & enter the refund amount & enter the reason for the refund then click on Apply.

Edit Student Details

Step 12: To edit Student Details, Click on edit Student Details

Edit the student details which you want & then click on update.

Raise Service Request

Step 13: To raise service request ,Click on Raise Service Request

Select the Service Request type, Message. If any files to upload, Click on choose file then click on Submit.

Message to Student

Step 14: To send the message to the student, Click on Message to Student

Click on Compose, Enter the message, click on “Send”.

Get Student Challan

Step 15: To get a student challan, click on “Get Student Challan”.

Select the Term, Bank, Type and click on “Get Invoice Details”.

Send Login Credentials

Step 16: To Send Login Credentials, click on “Send Login Credentials”.

Select the user type & Click on Send Credentials via Email or mobile then click on Send.

Teaching Plan – Help Manual

Teaching Plan – System admin login

Step 1: To create teaching plan, Choose teaching plan form subjects and notes menu

Step 2: Choose Branch, Class, and Subject form the dropdown

Step 3: It displays the teaching plans if they are already created. If lesson plan is not created, enter Title, No of Periods, From date and To date against the chapter and save.

To edit the existing plan, click on edit icon as shown below.

Make the changes required in the respective fields and save.

Creation of topic wise plan as per the periods and date

• System admin only has the right to create the teaching plan.
• But topic wise teaching plan can be done either from system admin login or from teacher login.
• If topic wise planning is done by the system admin, teachers can view the plan created by admin, update the plan if required and enter the completion status.
• If topic wise planning is not done by the system admin, the teachers can create the plan and update the completion status.
• When a teacher creates the plan, it doesn’t show complete details in the admin and principal login except for completion status. [Refer teaching plan report at system admin level].
• To view the complete plan created by teachers, admin/principal has to go to branch level and visit Update Supervisor Comments page.

To create the topic wise plan, pls follow the steps below

Step 1: Click on the “+” sign to create the topic wise plan as shown below

Step 2: You can upload the teaching plan by clicking on Upload Teaching plan Details

Step 3: Download the file format, enter the details as per the instructions are given on the screen. Now browse the file and click on validate to upload. Look for the message that shows the correct records and wrong records. Pls make sure there are no wrong records and upload.

Step 4: You can add topics and subtopics at this stage too in case if you have missed adding any in the beginning. Choose the respective option and follow the process. The process is same as mentioned above.

Step 5: To add the topic wise plan, Click on Add topic plan button

Step 6: Choose Topic Name, Subtopic name, Period and date to complete the plan. Enter remaining details as per the fields are given and save.

Teaching plan creation/updation from teacher login

Step 1: Login with credentials and click on click on Academics menu

Step 2: Choose Teaching plan from the drop-down menu

Step 3: It will show you the list of subjects and the teaching plan created for the subjects. Click on Update Teaching plan Status against the subject.

Step 4: Choose Chapter name from the dropdown, view and click Get.

Period view: this view gives you the period view as per the topic plan created

Chapter View: this view gives you the chapter – topic – subtopic progress view

Period view:

Step 5: It will show you the topic wise periods set in the plan. Click on the edit icon to update the plan.

Step 6: Click on add the added plan option

Step 7: Enter the data in the fields specified and choose the completion percentage and click on update.

Step 8: To edit the existing plan, click on edit icon as highlighted below

Step 9: Update the field required and click on Save.

Chapter View: It will display the chapter – topic- subtopic wise view. You can view the progress of the topic and chapter based on the completion status.
To edit or add the plan, click on edit icon against the topic/subtopic name and add the details and save.

Generate the teaching plan report:

Step 1: Click on Report tab [highlighted below]

Step 2: Select Class, section, subject and chapters and click on show report.

Step 3: It will show you the report with the clear breakup of updating done by the teacher against the chapter at the topic/subtopic level. Click on the Excel icon to export the report [highlighted below].

Give Supervisor Comments on the teaching plan

Any user at a branch like a coordinator, principal, academic head, etc can review the lesson plan and provide the feedback. Once the feedback is given, the concerned teacher will receive an email with the feedback details and the same is visible in the teacher login against the plan.

To add comments/feedback for the teaching plan, please follow the steps given below

Step 1: Login and click on academics module on the menu bar

Step 2: Choose Teaching Plan Supervisor Comments under Learning menu

Step 3: Select class, subject, chapter, topic, subtopic, sections and click “Get”

Step 4: It will display the plan updated by each teacher based on your selection of chapters, topics, subtopics, and sections. Give feedback in the text area of comments sections and save.

Step 5: Once the feedback is saved, you can locate the feedback, Lat updated date on top of the grid as highlighted below. Export the report by clicking on the Excel icon which is placed at the top left corner of the grid.

Note: When feedback is given on the lesson plan, an email is sent to the respective teacher with the feedback details.

View Teaching plan Report

Teaching plan report can be generated from System admin login and Principal Login.

To generate the report:

Step 1: Login and click on academics.

Step 2: Choose Teaching Plan Report option from Reports menu

Step 3: Select the class, subject and click “Get”

Step 4: It will generate a comprehensive report on teaching plan completion by teachers based on the selected class and subject. The report can be exported to Excel by clicking on the icon below.

How to copy tests?

Copying of tests can be done in the following cases

1. From one term to another term within the same academic year
2. From previous academic year to current academic year

To copy tests, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Login to MCB and switch to branch level and go to Grade Book module if you are a system admin. If you are branch level user, you have direct access to Grade Book.

Step 2: Choose copy test option from Grade Book menu

To copy tests from one term to another within the same academic year:

Step 1: Select option “ From previous term (Current Year), give required details and click on Get Tests.

Step 2: Select the test/tests you would like to copy, choose the term and evaluation where you would like to copy to and click on Copy test option.

Step 3: Click OK.

To copy tests from previous academic year to current academic year:

Step 1: Select option “From previous year to current year” & give required details in current academic session to which you would like to copy the tests and from where you would like to copy tests from the previous academic year.

Step 2: It will show you the tests available in the current academic year based on the details given if there are any.

Step 3: Select the tests which you would like to copy to the current year and click on move icon [highlighted below]

Step 4: Select the tests and click on save.

Step 5: It will show you the pop with success message, click on OK.
