How to view Audit Reports?

Step 1: Click on Finance

Step 2: Click on AY Collections Report

Step 3: Select Academic year, Branch and click on Show Report

Block 1 will show the consolidated student strength depends on the latest status of the students provided with a hyperlink on the number which will show the students status individually. Click also available on heading (Students Count For Academic Year)

Block 2 will show the data of all academic years collected data in the selected academic year months provided with a hyperlink on the numbers which will show the data of student wise payment details including payment modes and fee account wise paid amount. Click also available on heading (Fee Collections for Financial Year)

Block 3 will show the data of Month wise fee collections with collection months, Payment mode wise monthly and Quarterly

Note: We have provided hyperlinks on numbers with data of the students for any justification you can click on the numbers and check the data.

We have also provided the reports which can be used for audit in Audit reports module in finance you can download the reports according to the requirement of auditors.

How to Create Other Exams?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Principal login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Gradebook on the top bar of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select Other Exams and choose “Create Examination”.

Step 4: Select Class and click on Get.

Step 5: Click on Add Exam.

Step 6: Entering the required details here and click on “Save”. The Exam is created successfully.

How to Enter Other Exams Marks Section Wise?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Principal login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Gradebook on the top bar of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select Other Exams and choose “Examination Marks ”.

Step 4: Select any Class, Section, Examination, Subject and click on Get.

Step 5: Enter the marks of students individually here and click on “Save”.

Bulk Entry of Marks

Step 6: Click on “Upload Marks”.

Step 7: Choose Either Student Enrollment code or Student Reference Code, Download the file format, upload the sheet and then Proceed.

How to take Other Exam Report Cards?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Principal login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Gradebook on the top bar of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select Other Exams and choose “Other Exam Report Cards ”.

Step 4: Select the required options, required format and click on “Get Report “.

Step 5: Click on “Print Report Card” to print the report cards.

How to take Other Exam Analysis Reports?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Principal login Credentials.

Step 2: Select Gradebook on the top bar of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select Other Exams and choose “Other Exam Analysis Reports”.

Step 4: Select the required options, Type of Report and click on “Show Report “.

Step 5: The report is displayed. You may export and Print the same by clicking on the “Print/ Excel” option.
