Open the admissions for the academic year by clicking the checkbox against the academic year under the Pre-admission academic year column. The selected academic years will be available in enquiry, application and admission forms.
Open the admission process for the academic year in the Academic year mapping settings page.

Yes, you can define the admission process based on your school’s admission policy
Select the checkbox to enable the stages of the pre-admission phase.
Set the sequence to the stages to follow during the admission process.
Mark the stage as mandatory / Non-mandatory. Please note that the mandatory stages cannot be skipped to complete the admission.
For example, if your schools follow the admission flow as Enquiry, application, and admission and do not follow pre-admission and Registration stages, enable only Enquiry, application and admission stages.

4 step process:
1. Enquiry -> Application -> Pre Admission Exam-> Admission

Capturing source of enquiries will help you understand the number of enquiries coming in through different sources. So that, you can make the action plan for admissions marketing.
Create the source of enquiries in Source of Enquiry tab.

3. Enquiry follow-up stages
Define the stages and use MCB follow up feature to marks the stage of the enquiry. This will help track the enquiries progress and analyze and understand the scope of admissions conversions.

MCB has a default template that could be used directly as SMS/ EMail. If you wish to have any specific format for the same, you may add it as your template and make it active. As and when an enquiry, application. admission forms are submitted through the web or in the MCB portal, the SMS / Email will be sent in your format to the parent.
Add Enquiry SMS template in SMS Templates page and Add EMail template in Email Templates Page.

When you add Google map location URL of your school in MCB, it could be used while sending SMS / EMail at various stages of the admission process.
To share your school location with parents through Email or SMS, Add Branch Google Map URL. in Branch SEO Settings Page.

There are two types of forms such as Default and Custom forms available.
MCB has a default template and a few customized templates. If one of them suits your format, you may choose them to use. Otherwise, you can make one for your school based on your requirements.
