How to Generate Transfer Certificate?

To Create Transfer Certificate

Step 1: Login to MCB

Step 2: Click on “User Profile” icon on the right-hand top corner and select “Settings”.

Step 3: Select Academics and click on “Create Certificate”.

Step 4: Select the location, Branch, Certificate type as Transfer Certificate, create a new certificate and click on “Get”.

Step 5: Give Certificate Name and start creating the certificate with the tools (parameters) provided. Or you can choose from the templates available and make the necessary changes.

Step 6: After designing, click on “Save”. The Transfer Certificate is created and saved.

Step 7: If you want to import the template from the previous academic years, click on “Import Template”.

Step 8: Choose the template as per your requirements and select “Use this template”.

Step 9: The template is successfully imported.  Edit the fields by choosing the required options from parameters tab, format the text and alignments from the tools available and click on Save.

Step 10: To generate Transfer Certificate –  Search for student

Step 11: Click on Action.

Step 12: Choose Student Certificates.

Step 13: Select Certificate Name and click on view certificate.

Step 14: You may save it or print it directly.

How to create ID Card?

Step 1: Login and switch to a new version

Step 2: Choose Settings ( Click on user profile picture in the right corner)

Step 3: Under Academics – click on Create Certificate

Step 4: Select the location, Branch, Certificate type as ID Card, create a new certificate and click on get. If you wish to follow the same format for all locations and branches, select all in the respective fields.

Step 5: Give Certificate Name and start creating the ID Card with the tools provided. Or you can choose from the templates available and make the necessary changes.

Step 6: To use the format from the template available, Click on Import Template button

Step 7: Choose the format that suits your requirement and click on use this template

Step 8: Edit the fields by choosing the required options from parameters tab, format the text and alignments from the tools available and click on Save.

Step 9: To access the ID card  –  search for student

Step 10: Click on Action

Step 11: Choose Student Certificates

Step 12: Select Certificate Name and click on view certificate

Step 13: You may save it or print it directly.

How to check Bonafide Certificate log of a student?

Follow the steps below to check the student’s bonafide certificate log:

Step 1: Login to MCB and switch to the new version.

Step 2: Click on search icon (search torch) on the right-hand top corner next to “Home” tab.

Step 3: Enter student name/enrollment code in the search criteria.

Step 4: In the search results page on the left pane, click on log details.

How to generate Consecutive Absentees Attendance Report?

Step 1: The consecutive attendance report is made available in System admin level and principal level.

Step 2: Login to MCB with any of the above-mentioned login credentials.

Step 3: Select “Academics” on the top bar of the dashboard.

Step 4: Select “Reports” on the top bar and choose “Student Attendance” under it.

Step 5: Click on Consecutive Absentees Report in the top right corner of the page.

Step 6: Choose branch, branch date and select no. of days to see the list of consecutive absentees from the date chosen.

Step 7: The consecutive absentee’s report is displayed. You may export the report to excel by clicking on the “Excel” icon at the top left corner of the report.

How to view Attendance Reports?

Step 1: Login to MCB with Principal login credentials.

Step 2: Select “Academics” option on the top bar of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select “Reports” on the top bar and choose “Student Attendance”.

Step 4: Select the period for attendance reports like Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Date Range. (In date Range – select From Date and To Date).

Step 5: After choosing the required option, click on “Show Report”.

Step 6: The report is displayed. You may export the same to excel by clicking on the “Export Excel” option.

How to view subcastewise Report?

Step 1: Login to MCB and switch to the new version.

Step 2: Change Access Level – Click on the “User Profile” icon on the right-hand top corner.

Step 3: Select “Change Access Level”.

Step 4: Select the User Type as “Principal”.

Step 5: Select principal against the respective branch.

Step 6: Click on “Academics” on the top bar of the dashboard.

Step 7: Click on Reports and select Student contact details under it.

Step 8: Click on analysis.

Step 9: Choose Student sub caste wise Analysis from the drop-down.

Step 10: The analysis is generated.

Step 11: You may export the graph by clicking on the icon in the top right corner.

Step 12: You may export the table by clicking on the icon in the top right corner.
