How to generate Student Consolidated Report Card?

Student Consolidated Report is generated based on the final report card output of a term and overall terms.

You can generate this report student wise or subject wise.

Student wise Report:
Step 1: Login to MCB and Switch to branch level by clicking on Change access level on the right panel as you click on the user profile picture.

Step 2: Click on the user type against the branch name.

Step 3: Click on the Gradebook on the top menu bar.

Step 4: Choose Student Consolidate Report Card option under Reports menu.

Step 5: Choose Class & Section, All terms or a specific term, Student wise and Click on Show Report.

Step 6: Click on the Excel icon available on the top left corner to export the student wise report to Excel.

Step 7: Choose Class & Section, All terms or specific term, report type as Subject wise, Specific Subject and click on Show Report.

Step 8: Click on the Excel icon available on the top left corner to export the student wise report to Excel.

How to view or generate Optional Subjects report card?

Optional Subjects Report card is generated only with the optional subjects marks.

To generate the report cards for optional subjects, please follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: Login to MCB and Switch to branch level by clicking on Change access level on the right panel as you click on the user profile picture.

Step 2: Click on the user type against the branch name.

Step 3: Click on the Gradebook on the top menu bar.

Step 4: Choose Optional Subject Report Cards option under Reports menu.

Step 5: Choose Class, Section, Term, Scholastic&Coscholastic, Header type as with header or without header, type as all students or active students or inactive students and click on Get to generate the Report Cards.

Step 6: Click on the Print Report Card button to print the generated report cards.

Note: Please note that if tests are not available for optional subjects, the optional subjects report card will not be generated.

How to check marks entry status of tests?

Step 1: Login to MCB and Switch to branch level by clicking on Change access level on the right panel as you click on the user profile picture.

Step 2: Click on the user type against the branch name.

Step 3: Click on the Gradebook on the top menu bar.

Step 4: Choose Update Result Status option under Grade Book menu.

Step 5: Choose Class, Term, All evaluations or specific evaluations and click on Show Report to generate the report.

Step 6: You can Print the report by clicking on the Print icon available on the top left corner.

How to read the report?

Marks Entry Status Report gives you the section wise status of subject wise marks entry completion for each test of all evaluations present under a term.

The Green Tick Mark indicates that the marks are entered for all students in the section.

The Red Tick Mark indicates that there are still students left without marks in the section.

Upon clicking on Red Tick Mark, it will show you the list of students for whom marks are not entered.

How to view or generate CCE Exam Results Report?

Step 1: Login to MCB and Switch to branch level by clicking on Change access level on the right panel as you click on the user profile picture.

Step 2: Click on the user type against the branch name.

Step 3: Click on the Gradebook on the top menu bar.

Step 4: Choose the CCE Exam Result Report option under the Reports menu.

Step 5: Choose Class/Section, Term, Student Enrollment code or Reference No or Roll no wise you would like to generate the report and Click on Search.

Step 6: Click on the Excel icon available on the top left corner to export the file to Excel.

How to read the report?
The CCE Exam Results Report helps you analyze the subject grades scored in each evaluation for the selected term.

Calculation:
All the test scores under evaluation are added and the grade is obtained based on the percentage.

The percentage is calculated by the sum of all tests / Max. Marks of all tests * 100.

Co-Scholastic Areas:
Shows Co Scholastic Skill grades awarded to students in each term.

How to view or generate Bulk test Wise Report Cards?

Test wise report card is generated only when a common skill is mapped to tests. Based on the skills mapping, the result is grouped and shown on the report card.

Step 1: Login to MCB and Switch to branch level by clicking on Change access level on the right panel as you click on the user profile picture.

Step 2: Click on the user type against the branch name.

Step 3: Click on the Gradebook on the top menu bar.

Step 4: Choose Bulk Test Wise Report Card option under the Reports menu.

Step 5: Choose Class, Section, term, Evaluation name, Scholastic Skill and Click on Get Report Cards.

Step 6: The report card is generated by grouping the tests results based on the skill mapped of an evaluation.

Click on Print Report card button available on the top left corner to print the report cards.

Please note that, if the scholastic skill is not mapped to the test or tests, the testwise report card cannot be generated.

How to generate Student Academic Report ?

A student Academic report is a comprehensive report showing the performance of students in different exams conducted across the academic years.

Step 1: Login to MCB and Switch to branch level by clicking on Change access level on the right panel as you click on the user profile picture.

Step 2: Click on the user type against the branch name.

Step 3: Click on the Gradebook on the top menu bar.

Step 4: Choose Student Academic Report option under the Analysis menu.

Step 5: Choose Classes and Section, search criteria, enter input for the search field and click on Search.

Step 6: Click on the Print icon available on the top left corner to print the Report.

How to read the Report?

Consolidated Report: The consolidated result of the evaluations conducted in the entire academic year.

Scholastic Results: The term wise test scores and grade in all evaluations of all subjects.

Co-Scholastic Results: The grades scored in different Co scholastic skills in the current academic year.

Objective Exams and Other Exams: The scores of the students in objective exams and other exams till date in the current academic year.

The report comes with various other details like Student basic information, Attendance, Languages opted, Month wise Attendance, Term wise teacher remarks, Subject Reflections and Health details.

By using this report one can understand the student’s performance across different academic years and performance specifically in the current academic year.
